Excellent and thorough tuition from someone with experience and an obvious interest in the topic.

Course delivered virtually

This course gave an excellent introduction to management skills.  As a first time manager, it provided both the intellectual background and practical solutions which can be used.

Ursula is an excellent trainer and did an excellent job in communicating the content at exactly the right level.  I will be feeding back to our HR person (who identified the course for me) how good it was.

I have a whole list of practical actions that I will be implementing from the day and can only say thank you to Ursula once again!

The course was extremely well presented and even tailored towards the role and company. Overall I truly believe I learnt a lot and will look closely at changing the way we carry out our objective setting and 1:1s within the team.
