How many people will be on my PTP public course?

We limit all our courses to a maximum of 10 delegates but often we run with much smaller groups. In exceptional circumstances, we will run with just 1 delegate but we will contact the delegate to see if they would like this 1-2-1 training (usually at no extra cost) or if they wish to postpone until the next scheduled date.

Do I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes every delegate is emailed a certificate of attendance in PDF format after completion of  their course and on receipt of final assessment/feedback form usually within 14 days.

How and when do I pay for my training?

We normally expect payment before the course (we can sometimes accept slower payment terms with a PO). You can pay by BACs or by card online or we can email you a secure link.

When I book online, when do I receive an invoice?

Once we receive a booking, we aim to process this within 48 hours and with the confirmation, you will be sent an invoice, which will state paid if you pay on line and if you did not pay online, we will send you a secure link to pay by card and our bank details if you wish to pay by BACS.

With virtual training when do I receive login details?

No later than 48 hours before the course. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and if not there, please email us at info@ptp.co.uk stating the date and and name of course.

What equipment do I need for virtual training?

A laptop with browsing capabilities; a webcam and microphone to participate in group exercises.
