A manager's effectiveness depends on the manager! This 2 day course provides a unique opportunity for a manager, or aspiring supervisor / manager, to step back and critically review how they manage and lead others. The review is very interactive and the course content very practical. Each delegate will learn about themselves through a mix of discussion & self-assessment activities. Each delegate will prepare a personal action plan, which is both challenged and supported by other delegates.

14:00 - 14:45 Empowerment (questionnaires & self reflection)

14:45 - 15:15 Gaining commitment from others. (questionnaires & self reflection)

15:15 - 16:15 (including 15 min break) Personal & team motivation (questionnaire & self reflection)
