10.00 – 10:30 Defining your remote team (understanding the different types of remote teams, and how yours fits together)
10:30 – 12:00 Communication channels for remote teams (Key methods of communication long distance, understanding what your team needs from you, breaking down the barriers, and building on the strengths)
12:00 – 13:00 Understanding all the individuals on your team (Creating a plan to understand, motivate, and develop each individual – developing your skills)
14:00 – 15:30 Developing a High Performance Team (Motivating, Empowering, and Pushing your team to their ultimate performance, creating an environment, vision, strategy and supportive culture)
15:30 – 16:30 Measuring Team Success (Keeping the momentum going, developing team roles, team action plans, and understanding the changing team dynamics)
16:30 Summary and Action Plans Agreed
