2.15 - 2.30 Appraisal situations, benefits and pitfalls or barriers

2.30 - 3.00 Preparing yourself and briefing those being appraised

3.00 - 3.45 Structuring the meeting, Deciding areas for focus, Defining key questions

3.45 - 4.15 Effective active listening and how to give and get feedback

4.15 - 4.45 Agreeing priorities and next steps

4.45 - 5.00 Actions and close
