Introduction to Project Management

Course Overview

Whether embarking on a career path in Project Management or becoming involved in ad-hoc changes and situations, there is an increasing need to develop a systematic and purposeful project-based approach.

This course provides a practical framework for all levels of delegates to assess and understand the project management approach to these varying business situations.

The content is delivered in a business-oriented way giving you the chance to evaluate the purpose and process elements to your projects and then to develop action strategies to improve both the planning and implementation elements which need to be actioned.

During the day you will be discussing and using very practical tools to assess and discuss processes and elements, which make for positive and acceptable project management actions in relation to your situations.
