This Communicating Effectively course will help delegates understand and appreciate how communication determines success or failure. It will highlight key communication skills and give delegates the opportunity to test their ability in listening, questioning and using non verbal communication. It will increase delegates confidence and enable them to communicate confidently with all people they interact with.
