The focus is on advanced listening skills, the motivation of staff, the delivery of difficult messages and how to handle conflict in the workplace.

9.00-9.30       The role of the Manager as a listener
9.30-10.00     Motivating staff in a positive way
10.00-10.10    10 minute break
10.10-10.30    Methods of delivering difficult messages in a productive way
10.30-11.00    Effective ways of handling conflict in the workplace
