This training was a 1:1 remote session over Zoom. I was initially apprehensive about this when the choice was put to me, but it was totally different to what I was expecting. It was simple to engage and concentrate and I actually found it easy to be able to air any concerns and training worries that I have experienced in the past. I have to say a huge, ‘thank you’ to Di McLanachan. She is extremely professional and she made me feel comfortable from the outset for this training. The atmosphere was relaxed and we managed to fit in so much learning – A truly great experience. I know that I have given ‘10’s throughout in the above grid but I believe that these are more than well deserved. There was content in this training material that I would not usually have even thought about taking into account..

Candy was perfect to deliver this course. She was friendly, enthusiastic and confident, made us all feel at ease and that we could ask questions openly.

She encouraged quieter members of the team to engage in a way that was comfortable for them and made it clear they could contribute as much or as little as they wanted.

I would always consider training in any area as you can never learn too much and if any other courses came up with Candy I’d happily participate. I took a lot of notes and am pleased to say I’ve taken some useful tips and techniques that I can put into action and develop with my job role and my personal life.
