This was a fantastic course which outlined the basics well then went into detail around different areas of people management with a good variety of topics covered. 

Candy helped me explore and find the areas to develop that I didn’t even realise before going into the course. I went in not sure of what to expect but the course was open enough to talk through specific examples but also had a structure to take use through the topics that needed covering. The course was small enough so that you could talk about real examples and gave you the time and encouraged to do so. 

 I found the tasks enjoyable which broke up the day and pushing us to think outside the box. 

Candy allowed us the time to talk honestly and led us to options and solutions to all the scenarios outlined. 

Candy really listened and applied it to out specific situations offering advice. I have come away with a lot of techniques I will use in my role.
