I attended the 'Effective Adminstrator' course last Friday at Manchester and I just wanted to pass on my thanks again to you.
It was a really productive and useful course, and I felt I really benefited from attending. I found it really engaging, and it was great to tailor the course somewhat to the areas I needed to improve.
