Gareth had clearly taken time to think about delivery of this course (given that it was originally a two day, group, in-person and eventually delivered one to one online) and had taken time and effort to create slides that he thought would complement the standard material, this was very much appreciated.

Excellently delivered and well-paced session, which was tailored to my role and business needs.

It was interactive and made me think about fundamental factors including rapport building, body language and visual cues to support this process with customers. Techniques were introduced in objection handling which can be referred to in customer discussions and believe these will be valuable in overcoming these.

A better understanding was gained on closing techniques that can be utilised to provide a toolkit of options. An assessment of the type of sales/account manager I am was also included to inform future focuses and increase success.
