Great course, I am a reflective learner and can be generally quite in courses, but the balance of interaction was good. Definitely gave me a lot to learn, take away and reflect upon. Some of the learning will be valuable not just for project management as it has provided insight into maybe looking at tasks from a different perspective to start with.

Thank you Ursula, I found the course very helpful, it highlighted for me both my strengths and weaknesses! Self-reflection is one the best self-improvement methods and you invoked this with great expertise.
Candy was excellent. As this training was 1-2-1, this allowed me to explain the situation I currently face within my organisation. I could open and honest with the situations I face and was given sound advice on how to tackle the issue. Candy understood the challenges I face and could related and give great advice.
I enjoyed the course. Lots of useful tips. Although not on classroom based I felt engaged for the whole time.
Quite a few areas I have covered before but felt it was a very good refresher and plenty of new ideas.

I found the theories interesting and useful tools to use when reflecting upon my current practice. I always find it useful and interesting to relate my practice to theory as this is re-assurance that I am working in a way which has been tried and tested and researched.
The EEEC and ULAR methods will be useful in focusing my mind when dealing with conflict and when having challenging conversations.
These methods will also be useful to share with colleagues as I feel they are as relevant to working with service users as they are staff.
