Malcolm delivered an excellent training session, he embodied all he taught and you could clearly tell he enjoyed delivering it, which made the sessions at lot more enjoyable for us. Our group was small which suited me great as it gave plenty of time for interaction and involvement to avoid ‘death by PowerPoint’ but also allowed me to see others opinions and ideas and how they varied from mine. Despite the fact that the other delegate and myself were inherently different and from different backgrounds, Malcolm was able to personalise our learning experience by making the content relatable to our learning styles and relevant to our working environments.

I found this course extremely interesting and enlightening. The trainer Di was enthusiastic and gave lots of little anecdotes as examples which I found useful. Di took a genuine interest in all of us who attended throughout the course, which you sometimes don’t get during training sessions, and made me feel comfortable to be able to speak to the group which can sometimes be a little nerve wracking! Even on zoom!! Since attending I have told colleagues who weren’t on the training about it, and they are keen to sign up!

I found the session very insightful and know that lots of the information gleaned will be really helpful as I progress in my career. Candy was great at making the session relevant to everyone’s individual needs and gave lots of helpful hints and tips throughout that can be easily implemented. I found the sections around time management, delegation and stress in the workplace/coping mechanisms and techniques particularly relevant and now feel a lot more prepared to manage my Intern when she joins the company next week. The content was well planned out and easy to digest. Frequent breaks also helped me to maintain attention during the course. A great session, thanks again Candy!
