Di was an excellent trainer and I was fortunate to have a 1:1 with her.  In addition to a clear delivery, addressing my specific needs and areas for improvement, I also found it hugely beneficial that she is a coach so we could discuss the background and context in detail whilst she provided value added advise and focused areas for improvement. The examples to illustrate the technical aspects really brought it to live for me and landed well.  I have learnt a lot and am implementing as I go along.  Hugely enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this training session. Peter was a fantastic trainer and the day was thought provoking and interesting throughout. I loved the structure of the day, as Peter’s delivery made it feel like an in-depth conversation with my colleagues about various topics that we don’t often get a chance to discuss. This has helped me to better understand the challenges and motivations of various individuals. Overall, it was a very engaging session that I would recommend to others who are new to management roles, and also to more experienced managers looking for a refresher.
