I wanted a non-technical course focusing on practical use of AI as an individual not working in a large corporate environment and this worked out very well. The course notes are also very useful and gives me even more to think about that couldn’t be covered on the day. 

Although I wasn’t expecting it, the course also provided very useful insight into the use of other common tools like Microsoft products and VPNs that I might otherwise not have picked up.

The course was amazing I had the pleasure of 121 so I was able to give specific examples to my situation and we worked on how I can overcome these issues I have, it helped me recognise traits I have that don’t always benefit me, how boundaries quite early on have been ignored or just broken and how I can build them back up and was given tools and phrases that can be used to help me be more assertive, I came away feeling amazing and that I'm armed with actual tools that can help me progress and protect my sanity and mental health.
