Attended 1-2-1 executive coaching virtual session

Di was amazing- I got a lot out of our 2 hours. Di catered everything to my needs. Being a 1-2-1 was also a great benefit as we were able to openly have a two-way conversation and I was not concerned over what examples I gave. Di made me comfortable from the start and by the end of the session I felt incredibly empowered.

I found the Recruitment and Selection course really engaging and helpful. Ursula used her knowledge of NLB and my role to make the information as relevant as possible, this helped to be able to clearly see how what I was learning applied to real situations.

 I found the mock interview to be beneficial in putting what I had learned into practice, and seeing what works and doesn’t through actually asking the interview questions I’d made. The feedback after this exercise was helpful to put this all together.

We had an online meeting with Barry, prior to choosing to go with PTP, to explain what we were looking for as part of the Team Building Day. What I liked, was that Barry took on board what we had said and prepared the course agenda accordingly, even adding in the Japanese element which was a nice touch. Other companies that we approached only offered us their standard team building courses with no flexibility.

The course presented by Malcolm was very valuable, especially from a workplace perspective. It provided a clear foundation of core project  management principles without being overwhelming.

The way it broke down project planning, setting clear objectives, defining scope, and managing timelines made  the concepts easy to understand and apply.

I also appreciated the focus on communication and stakeholder management, as those  are areas that  directly impact my day-to-day work. I will be implementing the tools straight away.
