This half-day course is designed for those who are increasingly undertaking project work in their job roles and have had no basic training in the important and necessary steps required to ensure the development of the project.
Delegates are invited to bring with them a current or intended project. Throughout the morning this will form the basis of the learning so that they can return to work with a practical foundation for their work.
