Formed in 1991, PTP provides training services throughout the UK. Major clients include Astrazeneca, BAE Systems, Barclays, BHP Bilton, BOC Group, Capita Group, HSBC, Legal & General, Next and Tesco. PTP is an approved training provider for 3M and Daimler Chrysler and all courses are approved for CPD by The Law Society.
We run courses in sales, marketing, customer care, management, personal development, finance & planning. We deliver these courses in-house as public courses or on a 1-2-1 basis.

PTP also runs a business to business marketing company.This means we know the issues that affect your business in sales,customer care and management.We believe there are too many in the training industry who have been out of the "real world" for too long.
Our marketing company can provide mystery shopping and customer surveys which can then be used in the training sessions.
We are very flexible n the delivery of our training.In addition to our open courses, we can come and deliver on-site,or arrange a convenient venue.We will even arrange additional open course dates to try and accommodate your needs.

Training Methods
PTP's courses are designed specifically for the client and are very interactive and practical. For example, the 'Generating New Business by Telephone' course begins with a short presentation and then is followed by the tutor making genuine cold calls in front of the participants. Once they can see and hear how it is supposed to be done they can practice the techniques learnt whilst being supervised by the tutor. Unlike most other courses, real work is achieved - participants deal with genuine sales enquiries which often results in successful orders being taken. Hands-on work creates the most effective training environment. Our courses are tailored to your specific needs - this means that the essential techniques are adapted especially for you and your company.
