Top Month for PTP

UK training company PTP Training & Marketing Ltd has recorded its best-ever monthly results in its 15-year history by achieving sales of £102,000 in September this year.

The company is also on course to achieve a £1m turnover this year and is already reporting a 20% increase in growth since the beginning of the year.

To meet the significant growth the company has taken on eight new training consultants which brings its team up to 35 and has increased its management and administrative team at its head office to seven.

According to managing director Marc Holland, PTP is now doing business with over 40% of FTSE 100 companies. Recent wins include the Admiral Group, Rolls Royce, Iron Mountain, Citroen Peugeot and HSBC.

PTP which offers in-house and small-group public training courses under four key areas – management, sales and marketing, customer care and finance has introduced a number of new initiatives to attract a larger client base. The company has just launched 1-2-1 Training for Senior Managers and Directors. This is designed to provide individual training to top executives with one-day programmes tailored to meet their needs exactly and fit in with busy schedules.

Commenting on 1-2-1 Marc says the idea is proving extremely popular:

“Training at the top end is a neglected area. Most training companies have a quantity rather than quality approach and offer a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We have turned this on its head by offering individual training to senior directors and ensuring that the whole programme is designed to answer their specific training needs and can be delivered in just one day. From the positive response so far we see this developing into a key component of our training provision and look forward to it becoming an exciting growth area. ”
