PTP Triples Sales Figures in two years

Leicester (tailor) based PTP Training & Marketing Ltd has seen its sales figures triple in just two years according to managing director Marc Holland. The company, which offers hundreds of training programmes across the UK as well as providing bespoke in-house training has just announced its sales figures for 2004 at £660,000. This is exactly three times the total for 2002 and just under double its figures for last year where the company reported sales of £380,000.

PTP has also grown in terms of manpower and has increased its number of training consultants to twenty. It has invested in more training venues across the UK, increased its portfolio of training programmes and has further developed its popular 'U-Choose' system which is a fully flexible approach to training for companies enabling them to have complete control over the course, date and training venue.

Commenting on the impressive growth since the company launched in 1991, Marc Holland says he is delighted with the increase in business: "We now have more than 20% of the FTSE 100 companies using our services and we are working for top organisations such as Ford Motor Company, Shell Aviation Ltd, Siemens Building Technologies, Westminster Abbey and 3M.

We are also finding a number of foreign companies are using us to provide training for their staff which is a new and profitable development for us. "The 2004 sales figures mean our long term target of reaching a £1m turnover by 2007 is looking well within reach."
