PTP Help Centrica Achieve Its Team Values

PTP Training & Marketing, which has a Leicester head office has been awarded a contract with Centrica Business Services (CBS) to design and implement a training scheme for 120 staff who work across three business locations: Leicester, Oxford and Cardiff.

The training will be designed to enhance team-working throughout all stages of the customer cycle, across the three remote sites, whilst building in the CBS team values: Think Team, Have Respect, Listen & Share, and Deliver Results.

PTP has specific objectives that the CBS Management Team wants to develop as part of the training process as well as creating an environment where staff members can get to know their counterparts in other geographical locations. Through it's experience PTP knows and understands the value events like this can bring to organisations and ultimately impact on the smooth running of the business.

The Centrica strategy is focused on creating value for shareholders through deepening relationships with their customers. Enhancing staff performance through training of this kind is therefore essential.

The training will take part over three consecutive days with groups of 30 - 40 CBS staff members each day.
