PTP See Sales Figures Soar in 2004

Leicester based PTP Training & Marketing which has its Head Office in Loughborough Road, Leicester is celebrating today as it announces record sales figures for the first six months of 2004 - which have already overtaken the £320k worth of business done in the whole of 2003!

With on target figures in excess of £700k this year, the prediction of reaching a £1m turnover by 2007 is looking very conservative, according to PTP managing director, Marc Holland.

This massive jump in sales turnover can be attributed to the keen marketing strategy that has been adopted by PTP this year, clearly illustrating the potential power that marketing can bring to organisations.

In addition to increasing the marketing activities PTP has also invested in additional human resources with four new trainers recently joining the team, enabling PTP to run more courses throughout the UK.

Marc Holland is delighted with the company's performance to date and comments:

"Whilst we have invested significantly in our marketing activities we must give credit to the team here who are doing a tremendous job. Because of their continued excellence in service delivery we are experiencing high levels of repeat business from existing clients which is very satisfying.

"We have also improved on the variety of courses that we offer our clients so that we can meet their requirements more exactly. In addition to the public and in-house courses that we offer we have seen a large take up of the unique U-Choose system that was launched earlier in the year.

"The U-Choose system provides a fully flexible element to training. It enables clients to have full control over their training requirements in terms of subject, date and venue. They can select from more than 100 management, sales and marketing, customer care and finance courses, from one of over 50 training centre venues across the UK and from any date at least six weeks in advance. The only condition is that the client must book a minimum of two places on any one course. This has proved an ideal way to organise training for many clients," adds Marc.
