Telemarketing: PTP specialises in the provision of quality prospecting, providing accurate information and ensuring that no potential clients are forced into accepting appointments or brochures unless they are genuinely interested.

As we provide our service at a flat daily rate, you can be confident that our operators have obtained the information free of any external pressure. It is not in their interest to produce results that flatter efforts made on behalf of our clients. As they do not expect payment by results, by appointments generated, or on a commission basis, you can be sure that the information is accurate and trustworthy.

Set up fees start from £500 and includes the construction of your own Microsoft Access database and development of scripts. Daily rates start from as little as £250 + VAT depending on your requirements. This includes the generation of contact names & numbers within the sectors you specify, a guaranteed minimum of 100 call attempts, a full written report and all call charges.

In order to undertake a telemarketing campaign that would be most effective for your company, careful consideration would need to be given to both the business sectors targeted and the number of employees within each company. Database Cleansing: PTP can provide an invaluable resource for companies wishing to ensure that their database records are correct and up to date. Mystery Shopping: PTP can provide a mystery shopping service for a variety of sectors giving you and your clients an illuminating view of customer care standards for both your own staff and the staff of your competitors. As an outside agency, PTP can be impartial & independent - free of all presumptions and prejudice. However, our roots within sales training provides us with an invaluable outlook into the effectiveness of your company's handling of sales and customer care calls and follow up procedures.

The team

PTP Marketing (Midlands) Ltd. was founded in early 1998 and PTP Marketing (London) Ltd. was established in 1999. Our Leicester operation is run by Simon Cox, who had already been managing several marketing projects previously for PTP Training & Marketing Ltd. The London operation is managed by Sandy Bell, who had previously been involved with PTP for many years as a freelance project manager before opening the London office dedicated to marketing work.
