Our partner is emerging as one of the most effective and fun first aid training providers within the UK. Current satisfied clients include construction giants BALFOUR BEATTY and AMEC as well as Royal Mail. Training can be provided at a location of your choice.

We offer all HSE accredited first aid courses. Every employer LEGALLY has to meet the HSE requirement to provide an appropriate number of trained personnel dependant on type of work and number of employees. We do not deliver generic courses! By introducing clients to what they could come across in an incident in their specific work place (noise, screams, blood etc) we prepare them so if an incident does happen, they can handle it effectively and confidently.

Current clients are highly impressed with the methods that we use to introduce their employees to the psychological difficulties that they will face when confronted with a situation. Fear, nausea, panic and shock are some of the conditions that we introduce clients to. The personnel who you send on a first aid course are the employees who people will look to in an emergency. Ensure the training they receive is effective and pertinent.

We introduce and coach clients in current psychological conditions such as;

• TMI
• SPS

The way we train is different. It comes from years of experience. We know what works and what does not. We train people to deal with real incidents that could happen. We do not teach just to give out the certificates.

Think about it; when was the last time you came across an incident that involved just you, the casualty in a warm classroom that was totally silent, no blood and you were feeling no panic? NEVER!
So why are organisations happy for their employees to be trained in this manner? For the same cost, ensure your employee’s receive the training that they need, not just to obtain the certificate.

In what type of environment do they work and what equipment do they have available to control an incident.

Only by understanding all of the above factors, can you really deliver a course that meets all your requirements.
