Training Description
We have only 15 seconds to make a first impression! Frightening when you think that, no matter how well we know our subject, our audience (be that one or many) has already made their mind up about us. Make the wrong impression and you will have to work incredibly hard to change that. This course is highly practical and works on creating the most positive impression possible so that you can focus on the real reason that you are there. PTP's experts work with the individuals attending so that each task is specifically related to them.

11:00 - 12:00 How others perceive us and what adjustments can be made to alter the negative messages
12:00 - 12:30 Task 1
12:30 - 13:30 Lunch
13:30 - 15:00 Task 2
15:00 - 15:15 Coffee break
15:15 - 16:00 How to's developed including how to own your space!
16:00 - 16:30 Questions & Action Plans Agreed
