11:00 - 12:00 Team Building Exercises (Dealing with a range of business activities such as working on a project, developing a new service, reviewing customer service priorities)

12:00 - 13:00 Review of Team Building Exercise (Characteristics of the Team/Learning points - conflict, co-operation, complimentary skills)

13:00 - 14:00 Lunch

14:00 - 15:00 Team Leadership & Motivation (How to get the best out of your group)

15:00 - 16:30 Obtaining Commitment (planning, target-setting, outcomes, buying in)

16:30 Summary & Action Plans Agreed
