Description:
This exciting new training aid has been designed by Becalm Ltd and Premier life skills to help deliver training courses covering the demands placed upon organisations to ensure that their managers are aware of the HSE's ‘Management Competencies and Management Guidelines'.
The HSE's on-going initiative, to make the workplace as stress free as possible, has highlighted the need for managers to recognise and understand the difference between negative and positive behaviour in the workplace. Whilst negative behaviour can encourage sustained pressure, detrimentally affecting the wellbeing of both the individual and the organisation, a positive management style brings benefits to both.
The film's unique approach and user-friendly menu makes it a joy to use for the trainer, and the films content fully engages the trainee's interest.
