This Managing Remote Teams course is designed to help managers who have to manage teams who are located in two or more locations. Also applicable to overseas management and managing team members who work from home. This course will give you a practical checklist of key areas that will ensure a high performing remote team.

10:30 – 12:00 Communication channels for remote teams (Key methods of communication long distance, understanding what your team needs from you, breaking down the barriers, and building on the strengths)
12:00 – 13:00 Understanding all the individuals on your team (Creating a plan to understand, motivate, and develop each individual – developing your skills)
14:00 – 15:30 Developing a High Performance Team (Motivating, Empowering, and Pushing your team to their ultimate performance, creating an environment, vision, strategy and supportive culture)
15:30 – 16:30 Measuring Team Success (Keeping the momentum going, developing team roles, team action plans, and understanding the changing team dynamics)
16:30 Summary and Action Plans Agreed
