Training Description
All organisations need to set targets against their key business priorities. This course is designed to help businesses establish a set of key measurements, match these with targets and the appropriate resource levels.
This Getting Results course is available throughout the UK.

09:30 - 10:00 Coffee & Course Objectives
10:00 - 11:00 Establish the Business Priorities (What are the key activities? Are they measurable?)
11:00 - 12:00 Develop a Series of Measurements and Targets (What are the targets and how will they be achieved)
12:00 - 13:00 Match the Resources to the Targets (How are resources secured?)
13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
14:00 - 15:00 Develop the System which will Implement the Measurement Process (How will the measurements be made part of the business process)
15:00 - 16:00 Set up the Monitoring Process
16:00 - 16:30 Set up Action Plan for Own Business
16:30 Summary & Action Plans Agreed
