(techniques to ensure that you have under control)
15:00 – 15:30 The Recruitment Selection Process how to avoid discrimination (Effective selection process, interviewing, questioning, and listening skills: developing a checklist)
15:30 – 16:30 Case Studies and Role Plays – looking at real life situations and how they need to be approached for maximum results.
16:30 Summary and Action Plans Agreed
