Customer Care Training

All our open customer care training courses are priced at £415, per person + VAT. This includes Lunch, Refreshments, Course Notes & Certification. You can also get further discounts by booking online.

Our day rate for in-house training is just £1600 + Vat for up to 10 delegates (each additional delegate is charged at £100). Customer care training courses are tailored to your exact requirements. Please note this fee does include trainer's travel (in UK) and accommodation, course notes and framed certification for delegates. It does not include venue and catering costs which PTP is happy to quote for if you wish to run a course off-site.

Overview

PTP' customer care training portfolio's aim is to provide short, sharp, focused training programmes, workshops and consultancy sessions which can provide an immediate impact on the client's business. We are also able to perform a full Training Needs Analysis.

Customer Care Training Methods

PTP's courses are designed specifically for the client and are very interactive and practical. As with the training company, our courses are never run as seminars and the average group sizes are kept to 10 or less. However, tailor-made courses for individual companies can be managed for larger groups, depending on the type of training required. All the training is focused on action planning for delegates to ensure immediate impact on return to the workplace. Our style is to operate interactive workshops with practical case studies and activities for individuals and groups.
